Balloon Delivery FAQ
WHAT KINDS OF BALLOONS DO YOU DELIVER? IS THERE A LIMIT TO THE QUANTITY I CAN ORDER?
We'll deliver any helium balloon we sell in our store. There's no item limit, other than available inventory. Orders of 24 balloons or greater may be delivered by multiple drivers.
WILL MY BALLOON ORDER COME IN TRANSPORT BAGS?
All balloon deliveries come with transport bag(s) and are included in our delivery fee. Orders for in-store pick up can add a balloon transport bag for an additional $2. We suggest 1 balloon transport bag per dozen 11” latex balloons, or 6 foil balloons.
HOW LONG CAN I EXPECT BALLOONS TO LAST?
Latex balloons are at their prime for 8-10 hours. If you select Hi-Float sealant, helium-filled latex balloons have a float time of up to 18 hours indoors. Latex balloons should always be picked up or delivered on the day of the party. Foil balloons can remain afloat for several days, so they can be delivered a few days prior to your event.
IS HI-FLOAT INCLUDED IN THE COST OF MY ORDER?
No, Hi-Float sealant is an additional $0.35 per 11” latex balloon.
IS HELIUM INCLUDED IN THE COST OF MY ORDER?
Yes. Prices online include helium.

HOW DO YOU ORDER BALLOON DELIVERY?
To order balloon delivery, add the balloons you’d like to order to your online cart. Then, select “Delivery” on the check-out page. Enter your zip code, delivery date & time window, and continue to payment. If you don’t see your zip code as a delivery option, please contact your local store to see if delivery is available in your area.
When balloons are being delivered, someone must be present to receive the order. Balloon orders can not be left outside a home or venue. If you would like to surprise someone with a special bouquet, please call your local store directly to set up this service.
Party Hardy reserves the right to substitute balloons that are out of stock. If no suitable substitutes are available for your order we will contact you.
HOW DO YOU ORDER BALLOONS FOR IN-STORE PICK UP?
To place an in-store balloon order, add the balloons you’d like to order to your online cart. Then, select “Pickup In Store” on the check-out page. Select which Party Hardy location you’d like to pick up from, as well as the date and time for your pick up. Fill out your contact information and continue to payment.

I NEED BALLOON DELIVERY AT AN EXACT TIME AND PLACE. IS THAT POSSIBLE?
We can deliver balloons to most locations within the delivery time windows listed at check-out. If you are hosting an event at a venue, be sure to confirm details regarding deliveries before placing your balloon delivery order. Factors like traffic volume, distance, and special events can all affect the time of delivery. You can choose a date and time up to 30 days in advance, or as early as the same day each day our store is open.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE AN ORDER?
The sooner the better! We suggest you place your order as soon as you know what you want (up to 30 days in advance). We do offer same-day delivery, but delivery time windows may be limited. We only accept same-day delivery within 4 hours before the selected store’s closing time.
